Zoë is a passionate advocate for neurodiversity, inclusion and equitable access to support. She is a Registered Social Worker, Neurodiversity Consultant and Specialist Assessor with over 30 years’ professional experience across NHS psychiatry and mental health services, health and social care, higher education and private practice.
Her professional background includes quality assurance, safeguarding, complex assessment and professional report writing. As a former DSA Needs Assessor and DSA Assessment Centre Manager, Zoë has substantial experience in assessing functional impact, disability-related support needs, assistive technology and reasonable adjustments.
Zoë specialises in adult Autism and ADHD profiling, neurodiversity assessment and Workplace Needs Assessments. She is trained in ADOS-2 and ADI-R autism assessment and has undertaken UKAAN adult ADHD assessment training. She holds a Psychology degree alongside her professional Social Work qualification.
Through Campus Consultants, Zoë works with universities, individuals, employers and other organisations to provide specialist assessments that identify functional impact, barriers and support needs. Her approach combines professional expertise with a strong commitment to inclusion, ensuring that recommendations are practical, individualised and focused on enabling people to participate and thrive in education and employment.

Autism & ADHD Diagnostic Profiling for University Students
We work directly with universities across the UK to provide accessible and affordable Autism and ADHD Diagnostic Profiling Assessments for students.
Our diagnostic profile reports are accepted by universities as supporting evidence for disability-related funding and support applications and can be used to inform reasonable adjustments and appropriate support within higher education and the workplace.
Our assessment process includes pre-assessment screening, a detailed 1–2 hour assessment, and the use of recognised standardised autism and ADHD assessment tools.
The assessment considers an individual’s developmental history, current presentation, neurodivergent characteristics and the functional impact these may have on education, work and everyday life.
Following assessment, students receive a comprehensive written report setting out their diagnostic profile/working diagnosis, functional impact and individual support needs, together with practical recommendations for reasonable adjustments.
This service can provide an important alternative for students who require evidence and support but may not currently have access to NHS assessment or who face lengthy waiting times.
Many students are able to access university funding towards the cost of a diagnostic profiling assessment. Depending on the university and individual circumstances, this may cover part or all of the assessment fee.
Students should contact their university Disability, Inclusion or Student Support Team to discuss the funding available to them.
Campus Consultants provides comprehensive Workplace Neurodiversity Needs Assessments for employees experiencing barriers or difficulties at work, including those with diagnosed, suspected or self-identified neurodivergence.
